How much does 3yadtk cost?
One plan on two billing cycles: $9.99 USD a month, or $99.99 a year. Either way the price includes every feature with unlimited doctors, patients, and branches: no setup fee, no per-user pricing, and no upgrade you have to buy later.
Is there a monthly plan?
Yes. You can subscribe at $9.99 a month and cancel anytime, or pay $99.99 a year — about $8.33 a month — and save 16% ($19.89 a year). It is the same plan with the same features on both; the only difference is how often your card is charged.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes, from Subscription Settings at any time. Moving from monthly to annual charges the prorated difference straight away and then renews yearly. Moving from annual to monthly turns the unused part of your year into account credit applied to your next monthly invoices rather than paying it back to your card — if you want the money back instead, use the refund action for unused time.
What does the free trial include?
Every feature, for 30 days, with no limits and no credit card — the identical system a paying clinic runs on. When the trial ends you choose the billing cycle that suits you, or export your data for free. Nothing is charged automatically.
Are there extra fees per doctor or per branch?
There are no extra fees at all. The advertised price is what you pay: unlimited doctors, patients, branches, and staff accounts, and every feature we ship later lands on your plan at no additional cost. No setup fees, no training fees, no data export fees.
What happens if I cancel mid-period?
Subscription Settings gives you two separate actions. "Cancel at End of Period" keeps your access until the period you paid for — the month or the year — runs out. "Request a Refund for Unused Time" quotes the pro-rata value of your remaining days before you confirm, then ends access as soon as it is issued, with the money reaching your card in 5–10 business days. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in the store.
Which currency am I billed in?
Platform subscriptions are charged in US dollars in every country, so the price is the same wherever your clinic is and does not move with local market rates. The invoices you issue to your own patients are separate — those are produced in your local currency with your country's VAT applied.
